Prior to the start of class, download your required course materials at
2024-2025 GENERAL UPDATE COURSE must be completed between July 1, 2024 and June 10, 2025.
Note: *If you are a BIC or BIC Eligible and you take this GENUP course, you will lose your BIC or BIC Eligible status. (You will receive 4 Update credit hours). BIC and BIC Eligible should take the Broker In-Charge Update Course (BICUP), along with a 4-hour elective.
North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance requirements apply to this course. Attendance will be strictly monitored.
If online, a smart device, tablet, laptop, or desktop with working internet, camera, and audio are required. Also, if online, you are not allowed to be driving nor riding in a vehicle.
4 Hour Requirement for Brokers and Provisional Brokers
This class does not meet the requirement for Broker-In-Charge (BIC) nor BIC eligible brokers.
*If there are not at least 17 students registered, the class will be moved to a different time.
