BIC UPDATE COURSE must be completed between July 1 and June 10, of the current renewal cycle.
Note: *General (Full) Broker and Provisional Brokers will not receive credit for BIC Update.
North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance requirements apply to this course.
- In-person live class:
- Attendance will be strictly monitored. By NCREC Rule, you are only allowed to miss 20 minutes of instruction time to receive credit for the course.
- Online Class
- Attendance will be strictly monitored by having a working camera on during the course. A smart device, tablet, laptop, or desktop with working internet, camera, and audio are required. You Must be in front of your camera participating in class to receive credit. You will NOT receive credit if you are Driving or Riding in a vehicle.
